Our Story
Our story began here. A special place for our special day. After all that has changed, that fact remains the same. This place was made for Life’s Milestones.
It all started here at Wick Church, where generations of family before us had gathered and shared life’s milestones together. It only made sense that this beautiful church would be where we where we said “I do”. It felt right, it felt personal, it felt special.
But a time came when the future of our beloved Church was uncertain, and the possibility of it being closed and sold seemed imminent. So in a decision made with our hearts, rather than our objective heads, we became the owners and custodians of this Historic 1893 building.
When the people of the last century built Wick Church, they came together to achieve their goal, with the purpose that the church would be a hub in the community where people could connect. We seek to honour this purpose for which the building was created.
And so, Memories Made Events and Decor came to existence. We wanted the Church to continue to serve as a place where people can celebrate together.
We wish to share the joy and fun that comes with gathering together to share in life’s events.
